90 day return / exchange policy


Below you will find detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. The policy starts from the date of purchase. Please check if any of these items apply to you and if the item (s) are covered by our return policy.

The following reasons are covered by our 90 day COMPLETE COVERAGE Return / Exchange Policy.

1. We have sent an order or incorrect items, you have received broken items or the quality of the products you have received is bad or faulty.
2. You have received the wrong photo charm. If the appearance of the photo is different from that provided to funnybo.
3. Paint tears, crystals fall, etc. (We will only exchange the item (s) for the same product, or for one or more items of equal or lower value.)

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90-day return policy, and we are not responsible for these problems.

1. The products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to corrosive chemicals may alter the appearance of your funnybo product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, cash polish, pools, spas and spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
2. Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling or poor maintenance.

3. Silver coins receive oxidation details. Overtime may appear in black. To eliminate this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to restore its original appearance.


Easy exchange:


You are welcome to return the original product (in NEW condition) along with a request for another product. Please note that there is no guarantee that the product you require will still be in stock at the time we receive your exchange request. Simply fill out the return/exchange form on the back of the delivery note included with your package with all the required information (item name, color and size) so that we can get you the correct item.



Return process:

(1) If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, please first contact our customer service representative for further assistance to request a return authorization and return instructions. (3) Place the product in its original packaging and seal the package securely. (Returned items must be new and never worn. They must be in the original condition you received them.)
(4) Deliver the package to your local post office.
(5) Once we receive your package, we will immediately issue an exchange or refund to your account in accordance with our return policy. (about 5-7 working days)

(6) Finally, we will notify you via email when your return or exchange has been processed.


Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within the specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Some items may be out of stock or there may not be enough products to complete the order during the order processing phase. Our customer service representatives will contact you and provide you with a status update. Customers have the right to request a partial refund (which covers part of the item cost and shipping costs) if they do not receive email notification.


Missing items, wrong items or package sent:


A partial refund will be offered for missing or incorrectly shipped items. In the event that accessories are missing or were sent incorrectly, we offer a return service. A partial refund of the item price will be offered if accessories are not available for return shipping. Please be sure to open the package and check the contents before signing the package

 

Shipping refund:


(1) Original shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable. Although you may have received free or understated shipping, we will cover the original shipping cost for each order. Therefore we will not refund the original shipping costs.


Cancellation policy:


(1) Once your order has been shipped, we immediately produce personalized items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, a 30% fee will be charged to your order.
